The Flow from Consultation to Delivery

Step1

Contact

Use our contact form to get in contact with our staff.
We will review your request of material, size, or lot numbers.
If you have preferences regarding lead time, let us know as soon as possible so we can address them.

Step2

Quotation

Please show us your drawings for your quotation. If drawings are unavailable, rough sketch is fine. If it is possible to send us an actual product, we will draft a drawing based on the product.

Step3

Payment

We accept payment in US dollars (USD). We can accept payment via PayPal (through which you may use a credit card) or bank transfer. We request that the customer bears the cost for handling fees.
If a formal invoice is required, one can be provided upon request.
As soon as payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing the order.

Step4

Shipment and Delivery

Orders ship from our factory in Japan. Orders are shipped EXW unless specified otherwise. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.
